Aura and Ally have always been connected, but the journey from independent stylist to salon owner hasn’t been without its growing pains. For years, Ally thrived behind the chair, focused solely on her craft and the clients she loved serving. Stepping into ownership brought a new layer of challenge—balancing her passion for hairstyling with the responsibility of creating a space bigger than herself. Aura was born from that tension: a vision to build a salon where independence and community could truly coexist. It’s a reflection of Ally’s own path—once navigating the industry solo, now leading a space where other stylists can have freedom, support, and a shared sense of belonging.
